Task Brief: Conduct low-profile RP meet that seeds the day: drop the storage unit #, gate code, and glovebox envelope instruction. Enable audio capture (ECHO WOLF) and PID frames (TALON CHROME). Optional tag (PHOBOS SHORE) if a clean lane appears.

Team enters first RPs already inside
Choreography
  • Teams move to 2F gallery and set angles first (audio plant, camera positions).
  • RPs (WHITMORE + VANCE) **loiter downstairs** (ticketing/exhibit) for 3–5 min.
  • On Control “Clear upstairs” cue, RPs enter, split room, rejoin at case.
Intel MUST-DROP (deliver within ~45s)
  • Unit #: “Same unit as last quarter — D022.”
  • Gate code: “Keypad takes 326819#.”
  • Glovebox note: “Envelope rides in the glovebox; keys under mat after the swap.”
RP Micro-blocking (camera-friendly)
  • Give a 60–120s photo window: ¾ stance to display, hands mid-torso.
  • Micro-gestures every ~15s (glasses/cufflink) to create usable frames.
  • Speak close to hard surface (glass/case) for clearer audio reflections.
Abort / Delay Lines
  • Staff pressure → “We’ll come back after the lecture.” (exit to 1F café for 10 min)
  • Crowd surge → “Let’s see the lower exhibit first.” (delay 5–8 min)
Choreography
  • RPs enter early and **are already inside** the gallery browsing opposite walls.
  • Teams arrive to pre-set angles; handler gives a head-nod from the stair.
  • RPs drift to the display case, shoulder-to-shoulder for the drop.
Intel MUST-DROP (deliver within ~45s)
  • Unit #: “It’s still D022.”
  • Gate code: “They rotated the four — 326819#.”
  • Glovebox note: “Envelope is in the glovebox; leave keys under the mat.”
RP Micro-blocking (camera-friendly)
  • Hold the case for 60–120s; minimal head turns; keep faces at ¾ for PID.
  • Don’t square up to the plant; stay natural; no obvious back-to-case stance.
  • If staff interrupts, step back 1–2 paces and resume with neutral filler.
Optional Tag (PHOBOS SHORE)
  • If a clean lane appears (bag on chair / sleeve adjust), allow the pass.
  • No lane? Verbally acknowledge “low-power tracker” and defer tag to VERDANT ECHO.
