1️⃣ SITUATION

Control has confirmed the next venue of interest—an interior location within the Masonic complex identified as the Past Masters Gallery. The individual believed to correspond with WHT/01 (nickname name: WHITEY) is expected to arrive and hold a short private meeting on site.

Concurrent exterior traffic patterns suggest Whitmore will arrive in a personal vehicle reported by ATLAS//ORION INTEL UPDATE parked near the east service drive. Visual ID and low-signature overwatch are required.

2️⃣ OBJECTIVE

Establish persistent collection on the gallery conversation and a traceable beacon on WHT/01’s vehicle. Audio and beacon must be in place before target arrival to . Maintain compartmentalization between interior and exterior teams.

3️⃣ TASKING

• DIV LEADERS TASK ORGANIZE 1-2 Detachements – Interior / Audio Emplacement
  Enter the Past Masters Gallery under normal cover pretext. Identify the appropriate ceiling fan fixture or high recess suitable for concealment. Using the assigned recorder, emplace the audio device out of sight before WHT/01’s arrival. Confirm power and indicator lights before emplacement and device is set to Voice Activated. Emplacement team departs, Do not remain directly near the room once the fixture is placed. Separate team or element maintains 'control' of room.
• Element 2 – Exterior / Vehicle Beacon
  Locate Target’s vehicle upon arrival. Expected type: black SUV (make/model confirmed visually on site). Employ nearby parked vehicles to screen the action. Affix the beacon on the lower rear quarter or other non-obvious magnetic surface. Work efficiently and depart the immediate area.
• Capture a quick reference photo of the vehicle exterior and a rough sketch (hand-drawn on notepad and sent via signal from photo). Include angle, tag approximation, and beacon position. Photograph the sketch and transmit to team leadership and Base Station for record.
• Be prepared (BPT) to conduct follow-on vehicle exploit if directed by Control. Required kit should remain staged within one team vehicle. No further action until explicit authorization is issued.

4️⃣ COORDINATION / CONTROL

One element remains inside the structure for audio emplacement confirmation; the other maintains outside security posture until both objectives are complete. Keep comms minimal—brief coded check-ins only when movement phases shift. TL's may divide Detachments as appropriate.

5️⃣ REPORTING

Submit verification once both tasks are complete:

Include time-stamp and any incidental contacts or anomalies. Do not transmit photos through open networks.

6️⃣ CONTROL REMARKS

Timing and discretion are critical. Audio device must be live before entry of principal. Maintain normal civilian demeanor at all times. Control will confirm receipt of imagery and signal when to transition to next phase (follow-on F3EA tasking).
